  3. Installing ProTERM on your Macintosh hard drive.
  4.  
  5.  •  Extracting the ProTERM S.E.A file:
  6.  1- Double-click the "ProTERM_Mac1.2.5.sea" file.
  7.  2- A window will open with the instruction: 
  8.      "Select Destination Folder..."
  9.  3- Click "Desktop" (on the right side of the window).
  10.  4- Choose the disk on your Macintosh where ProTERM is to be
  11.       installed, and click "Open" to open that disk and/or folder.
  12.  5- Choose where the ProTERM folder & files are to be installed
  13.       on that disk, and click "Extract" to open the file named:
  14.       "ProTERM_Mac1.2.5.sea"
  15.       A progress window opens as the SEA file is extracted, and
  16.       the ProTERM folder and files, are saved to your hard disk.

  18.  • After  ProTERM is extracted and 
  19.     saved to your Macintosh hard disk:
  20.  6- Double-click (open) the newly installed:
  21.      “ProTERM Mac1.2.5 folder”
  22.  7- Double-click the application file named ProTERM in this new
  23.       folder (the ProTERM icon is "diamond-shaped" with a "P").
  24.  8- When the ProTERM "Personalize" screen opens, type your name,
  25.       and if applicable, enter your business name. If you have
  26.       already paid for ProTERM and are a registered user, you have
  27.       received your serial and key numbers; enter those in the
  28.       Serial and Key Number fields. If you do not yet have the
  29.       serial and key numbers, click "Okay" — The additional
  30.       information can be entered into the Personalize window
  31.       later. (ProTERM can be used in its evaluation mode for
  32.       30 days without the serial and key numbers.)
  33.   9- An "Agree" window opens. To proceed, click "Agree."
  34. 10- A window opens showing the "ProTERM Feature List" and
  35.        "Order Form" buttons. When you're ready to proceed,
  36.        click "Continue".
  37. 11- Double-click the file named "!CHEAT SHEET!" 
  38.       The Cheat Sheet file will open with complete directions to
  39.        guide you in new installation and updating previous versions
  40.        of ProTERM.

  42.  • To print this document choose Print from the File menu.
  43.  • To close this document, choose Quit from the File menu.
